What is the Test Kitchen?

Test Kitchen allows guests to be part of the creative process at Craft London.  You will taste a blind menu of up to six dishes that are still in development or only available in small quantities. This is an opportunity to be involved in the creative process of menu testing and you will be the first to taste potential new dishes for our menus in a single sitting.

We really want you to engage with our chefs who have created them and to be part of the collaborative ethos that Craft London is committed to.  Every week Tristan Downes and the team will start from scratch and create a completely original menu, experimenting with lots of new ingredients and techniques. As with all our food at Craft London seasonality and a commitment to minimal waste will play an important part in Test Kitchen, allowing chefs to focus on some incredible ingredients – perhaps only in season for a very short period of time or pickled at their peak months ago and ready to serve.
