Our rooftop bar is situated above the restaurant and features 360 degree views, a lovely outdoor terrace and unique Tom Dixon interior.
Our cocktail list echoes Stevie’s influence in the kitchen. No fruit is used out of season, very little has been imported and our cocktails use honey, treacle or golden syrup instead of regular white sugar syrup. Our cocktails are simple, modern, delicious and never gimmicky. The back bar is full of an amazing selection of hand made whiskys and gin as well as the infusions, tinctures, bitters and shrubs we make ourselves.
During the Summer months we operate an outdoor bar next to the cafe serving cocktails on-tap alongside draft beers.
