SUMMER TERRACE 2018
It’s always fun working with like-minded people and so we’re delighted to partner up with Oxley gin – a London-based cold distilled gin for the Summer.
Our new#barboss Sam has worked with the Oxley team to create three superbly sippable drinks for the list.
There’s a light, sweet Spritz with hints of honey and sweet vermouth, a Garden Cooler using elderflower we grew ourselves and of course a delicious gimlet made with our own grapefruit sherbert.

All three drinks are now available for £10 and just £5 on Thursdays & Fridays for #IMSE10.
We’re big fans of Oxley so don’t be surprised to see it featuring on the menus in the restaurant, bar and cafe soon (yes, we’re going to do a gin flavoured ice-cream).

NATIONAL VEGETARIAN WEEK
14th – 19th May
It’s National Vegetarian Week soon and at Craft we’ll be celebrating with a special vegetarian edition of #TestKitchenTuesdays on May 15th followed by a new 3 course Vegetarian tasting menu (also vegan friendly) offered each night until Saturday 19th May.
At Craft we’ve only ever worked with the best, most trusted suppliers, foragers, and producers from all across Britain and we’re delighted to showcase their devotion to quality production with these special menus – our pals at Natoora, Keat’s, Hodmedods and Forrager all deserve mention for their absolute dedication and overall fantastic quality of their grub.
This year, much of what we’ll be eating will also originate from our new riverside gardens on The Jetty at Greenwich Peninsula with baby beetroot, blackcurrant sage, cardoon & mizuna all featuring on the week’s menus.
As always, #TestKitchenTuesdays will cost £28 per person with guests invited to pass on their feedback and to discuss the dishes with our teams on the night.

The stand-out dishes will then appear as part of a three course set menu for the week – available for just £25 per person, or with an organic wine pairing for £45 per person.
Our eye’s firmly on the beautiful Keat’s salad and those Goat’s curd dumplings with wild sea leaves & dulse butter. Norfolk asparagus is at it’s best right now and who doesn’t like the sound of Cherry blossom & chocolate millefeuille to finish…
As always at Craft, a full vegan menu is offered upon request.
