We’ll have discounted copies of the book available to buy on the night and Tim on-hand to chat and sign them for you. We’re making our own Umeshu and also serving a tea from Postcard teas. Tim might even bring a few local beers to have with the ramen…

FEAST #6. “HARVEST”
Thursday 28th September, from 6pm
We’re celebrating the years’ harvest with a massive sharing feast here at Craft London, with everyone seated together, passing around plates and enjoying some fantastic food sourced from the UK’s best producers and suppliers.
We’re decking the restaurant out in all manner of wondrous squash, pumpkins and hay, and will start the night with an aperitif courtesy of our friends at Scotch whisky producer Balvenie.
We’ll then start to bring out plenty of great tasting plates – cooked by Stevie, Ana & the team – and all featuring the best producers in the country. We’ve got whole roasted brill from our friends at The Wright Bros, a stunning rack of pork from free-range specialists Swaledale farms and beautiful pickled damsons & fermented plums from our friends at Maynards farm.
We’ve got tempura mushrooms, Christina’s salad – the best in town – autumnal corn & squash from Forge farm, not to mention stacks of things we’ve foraged ourselves such as elderberries, crab apples & wild herbs. Oh and we’ve got a flaming Alaska for pudding too…

For the last two years, Stevie Parle and the team have been smoking, pickling and curing, we’ve had our first honey harvest and the Kitchen Gardens are fully up and running. Now it’s time for a new project: Thursday FEASTS.
Each month we’re joining forces with great British suppliers or top chefs to create a unique one-off menu with wine pairings, cocktails made using homemade ingredients and new cheeses from our suppliers at Neal’s Yard.
