THREE GIRLS COOK…AT CRAFT LONDON
18th, 19th & 20th January
2017 MasterChef finalists Three Girls Cook are joining us for a series of ‘Black and White’ themed supper clubs with a celebration of the best in British seasonal ingredients.
Since winning over MasterChef audiences with their charisma and creativity in 2017, Alison, Giovanna and Lorna are set to team up with the Craft London kitchen team to create an original menu for this one-off series, based on the contrasting shades of black and white. They’ll be experimenting with ingredients and techniques and drawing upon the Craft London ethos of sourcing produce as locally as possible and working in collaboration with the best, trusted British suppliers
Guests will enjoy a special five-course dinner featuring innovative combinations of beautifully striking seasonal ingredients. The menu starts with a welcome snack of ‘Squid ink cracker with whipped cod’s roe’, followed by dishes such as ‘Pan-fried cod in a Jerusalem artichoke soup with black truffle’; ‘Charcoal chicken ballotine with celeriac puree, ceps and black garlic aioli’; and a ‘Black sesame ice cream with sesame sable biscuit and Italian meringue’ to finish on a sweet note.

Burns Night with Compass Box Whisky
January 25th, from 7pm
4 course menu & 5 Compass Box serves, £48 per person
We’re teaming up with the incredible award-winning, boutique whisky maker – Compass Box – to host a special Burn’s Supper here at Craft London. Starting from 7pm we’ll enjoy a pre-dinner tipple with snacks before sitting down to enjoy a four course menu from 7:30pm with a Compass Box whisky paired to every dish.
We’ll be making our own ‘Craft London’ Haggis – using Yorkshire lamb and a fantastic blend of spices & grains, and served with Neeps & Parsley Tatties smothered in our own cured butter, and a whisky sauce made using Compass Box’s signature blend Spice Tree.
Stevie will be here on the night to introduce the food and Jill Boyd Brand Ambassador for Compass Box, will be on-hand to chat to you about the whisky’s.
Expect another superb addressing of the haggis (check our Instagram for 2017’s superb rendition) and a few surprises along the way…

In 2018 Stevie Parle’s much loved #CookbookClub will move to Craft London, starting with the fantastic chef & writer José Pizarro on January 31st.
Stevie and the team will cook up a menu based on dishes from José’s latest book ‘Catalonia’ with José joining him in the kitchen.
