A monthly feasting dinner at Craft London
FEAST #3. “A 6 COURSE VEGETARIAN FEAST”
Thursday 18th May, from 6pm
For the last two years, Stevie Parle and the team have been smoking, pickling and curing, we’ve had our first honey harvest and the Kitchen Gardens are fully up and running. Now it’s time for a new project: Thursday FEASTS.
Each month we’re joining forces with great British suppliers or top chefs to create a unique one-off menu with wine pairings, cocktails made using homemade ingredients and new cheeses from our suppliers at Neal’s Yard.
For our third event on Thursday 18th May we’re celebrating National Vegetarian Week with a seven-course vegetarian menu featuring innovative twists on our favourite seasonal and unusual British vegetables.
The veg will be coming from our own terrace and kitchen gardens in Greenwich Peninsula, as well as from Stevie’s own garden in Kent as well as from the Good Earth Growers, a project from Sean O’Neil and our Natoora suppliers in Cornwall.
. For £45 per person, dinner will include a Lupanar cocktail from our new bar menu. Made using Buffalo trace and Grand Marnier, the Lupanar contains a house beetroot shrub that combines beetroot, apple cider vinegar, sugar and Maldon sea salt, giving bold colour to a tipple topped with fresh basil for a green tea-esque umami note.
It’s a riot of vegetables and we’re really excited for this one.
