A monthly feasting dinner at Craft London
Thursday 13th April, from 6pm
BOOK ONLINE HERE – £45pp
For the last two years, Stevie Parle and the team have been smoking, pickling and curing, we’ve had our first honey harvest and the Kitchen Gardens are fully up and running. Now it’s time for a new project: Thursday FEASTS.
Each month we’ll be joining forces with great British suppliers or top chefs to create a unique one-off menu with wine pairings, cocktails made using homemade ingredients and new cheeses from their suppliers at Neal’s Yard.
Our second event sees the team at Craft present a full feasting menu based around a Mangaltisa pig that’s been grazing on acorns in Stevie’s garden in Kent.
